DESCRIPTION OF ITINERARY:
DAY 01: UYUNI – SUCRE: A driver will pick you up from the hotel in Uyuni village, town located in the department of Potosí, southwest of Bolivia. Uyuni was founded in 1889 under the government of President Aniceto Arce, and in 1890 the railroad makes its income from Chile to Bolivia and reached to the station of Uyuni. Currently this town has a population of 18,500 inhabitants. Besides an airport, railway and bus station, hotels, restaurants and more. Then you will be driven to Sucre (Bolivia) which is located at 357km away from Uyuni, en route we will pass the towns of Tica Tica, Agua de Castilla, Potosi and Betanzos. Sucre is the constitutional capital of Bolivia, also known as the White city, for its beautiful colonial buildings of white walls and red clay roofs. Visit the town of Sucre takes you back in time, visiting colonial churches, museums, the parque cretacico, which has ancient dinosaur footprints, tasting food at local markets and its people in traditional dressing. Also you can visit the typical sunday market of Tarabuco. Arrival in Sucre, then transfer to hotel. End of our services.

VISAS / PASSPORTS:
If you travel to Bolivia, visa is not necessary for U.S Citizens and most other nationalities. If you hold a passport from another country, we will send all information necessary otherwise check with your local consulate or embassy about requirements for travel to Bolivia. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport. Please carry proper identification on you and do not leave in your suitcase or hotel room. In most of places like airports, train-bus stations, frontier or at any other check points you must to show passport, because some countries have laws that require you to carry your passport with you at all times and anywhere. If you are in any doubt please contact the nearest Bolivian Embassy.
